PLACING ORDERS

We encourage you to place all orders well in advance of your vacation rental. Orders placed within two weeks of arrival cannot be guaranteed. If placing an order within two weeks of arrival, please email us to confirm availability. To assure accuracy and guarantee your rental, all orders must be placed through this site and paid for by credit card.

CANCELLATIONS

A refund will be granted if cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to check in date. A 50% refund will be granted if cancellation is made less than 7 days from rental start. This policy applies to changes in orders as well. A 5% processing fee will be charged for any refund.

DELIVERY CHARGE

A delivery charge of $25 will be added to every order.

DELIVERY

All items will be delivered to your rental location by 4:00 on the day of arrival. We will attempt to put the items in the house, but if no one is home and the door is locked we will leave the rental items outside the door. In some cases, such as inclement weather, and depending on the rental item, we may not be able to leave the item outside. In that case, we will make arrangements for delivery to you personally.

REVIEWING YOUR ORDER

When you arrive to your rental location please check your order to make sure all items were delivered and are in good condition. If you are missing items or there are items that are damaged, stained, or ripped, please contact us immediately. If we do not receive your call within 24 hours of delivery, we will assume that all items were delivered and are in a satisfactory condition.

CLEANING

If you need to wash the linens or towels please wash with cold water and a mild detergent. Do not use bleach.

RETURNING YOUR RENTAL ITEMS

Please place all linens back in the bins in which they were delivered. Linens do not have to be cleaned. For all other items, such as strollers, highchairs, etc., please wipe down and make sure all parts and packaging are returned and in the same condition as they were delivered. Place all items outside your door by 10:00 AM on the day of your departure. Please make sure all items are accounted for as you will be charged for missing items. Do not leave rental items in the house. You will be charged a $50 fee if we need to make arrangements to get into a locked house.

DAMAGE AND MISSING ITEMS

All items will be inspected for damage once they have been picked up and delivered to our warehouse. A replacement cost fee for any item that is missing or damaged will be charged to the credit card used to place the order. Depending on the amount of damage, your credit card will be assessed either 50% or 100% of the replacement cost. The replacement cost of each item is 3 times the weekly rental fee as stated on this site.

DISCLAIMER OR WARRANTY/INDEMNIFICATION

All items are delivered and rented in “as is” condition. South Jersey Linens Inc. is not the manufacturer or distributor of the rented items. All items are rented without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. There is no warranty of merchantability or fitness of a particular purpose. In no event shall South Jersey Linens Inc. be liable for any breach of contract or otherwise in an amount to exceed the rental price for the items. No oral agreement, guaranty, promise, condition, representation or warranty shall be binding. You agree to defend, indemnify and save Lessor harmless from any and all liability, loss, damage, expense, causes of action, suits, claims or judgments arising from injury to person or property resulting from or based upon the actual or alleged use, operation, delivery or transportation of any or all of the rental items or its location or condition; and you shall, at your own cost and expense, defend any and all suits which may be brought against South Jersey Linens Inc., either alone or in conjunction with others upon any such liability or claim or claims and shall satisfy, pay and discharge any and all judgments and fines that may be recovered against South Jersey Linens Inc. in any such action or actions.
